St Augustine Wedding Photographer | Kerrie's Bridal Session
I’m finally able to share some of my favorite shots from Kerrie’s bridal session. Yay! As you can see, she’s a gorgeous bride and her gown is amazing. We had a great time walking around in St Augustine and got some really cools shots.
Bridal sessions are really fun for me to shoot and I always love it when a bride wants to schedule a session before the wedding. All too often, there’s not a lot of time on the wedding day to fit in more than a few minutes for bridal shots. On top of that, there’s the nervous and excited energy to deal with on the wedding day which also makes it a little less than ideal to spend excessive amounts of time for the bridal session. I always advise my brides to have a “trial run” with hair and makeup prior to the big day so why not kill two birds with one stone and throw that dress on and do your bridal session on the same day! There’s nothing worse that being surprised in a bad way when it comes to your hair and makeup on the day of the wedding. Trial runs are a good thing so make the most of it!
I’m planning to have Kerrie and Daniel’s wedding day blog up later this week so check back to see the latest. Their wedding images are amazingly beautiful so I promise. . . . . you will NOT want to miss out. 😀
Her blue eyes are fierce! This next one could be classified as an outtake. The wind was CRAZY but I still think it’s cute so I had to throw it in. This is what I had in mind and with a little patience, the wind finally worked in my favor. The cure parasol came from the one and only Declaration Boutique and Events on St George Street. One of my most favorites, I love the light, colors and textures here. Thank you Kerrie for being so beautiful and easy to photograph!
XOXO
